I am sorry I know he is the tutorial champ and all but I love Raynor. He is truly my favorite! First game in quick match against other players I hit heroe of the storm and have 22 of the 26 take downs that one us the match. I also love him more and more as I level him. He's just a well rounded hero in my opinion I have tried a few other assassins and he's a little more beefy imo than they are. He's not a tank by any means but he can pack a decent punch and hold his own fairly well with the right build. Any thoughts on who else to look at if I enjoy Raynor so much? Don't want to get stuck on one toon.

It depends on what exactly it is about Raynor that you find so appealing? If you find staying back and dishing out consistent damage to be post appealing to you, you should try Valla, if you like beefier heroes that are not tanks you could try out Thrall.

Tychus might be a good option too. I don't particularly enjoy playing him, but he's a pain in the arse to lane against and is a bit similar to Raynor in that he's a beefier ranged assassin.

I'd recommend Falstad. Just about the same damage output (higher burst), way more mobility, and the amazing ultimate Mighty Gust which I've recently fell in love with.

Raynor is much better then people give him credit for. With recent changes to him, he is a very strong auto-attack based assassin, sporting large range, mobility, utility and most importantly DPS (damage per second). He is even more resilient than other assassins and people are starting to realize his value. Even now he is consistently picked at higher ranks and some professional play.
