Crowfall is like RTS meets EVE Online meets Minecraft...if that made any sense? Also, before massive battles (hundreds of players), building structures and economy make it into the game, it currently looks rather like MOBA than MMO...but you can play Tetris there!?

Another strange thing is, frequent changes of sex/class/race are likely - account and progression are tied to crow-spirit, not the body/avatar. Now, alpha access is expensive ($100 or more, as I type this!) but open beta = free tests are scheduled for "summer 2017", requiring only registration on the site. PPS In my opinion, the success or failure of indies such as this (or Camelot Unchained, Shroud of the Avatar...not to mention "indie" Star Citizen) is crucial for the future of genre.

This game always intrigued me, but I will have to wait till it's out of early access to give it a try. I don't have much time for MMOs. :c

Hey, glad that you liked it! Here's some more, say - about death and body swaps. After death, players will often have to fly (as a crow-spirit) and seek new body to possess, not necessarily the same class, race or sex:
