New user to heroesfire.com. Sorry if this is on the wrong forum! LD is needing new players for this year's team. I'm currently looking to start up a team on HOTS. I'm a long time Dota 2 player. I've played since the closed beta, played HOTS since the open beta. 2 seasons experience in playing competitively on AD2L.

As far as what I want out of 4 other players... I need 100% communication. Skill is important, but bad communication leads to bad plays that result in a loss. I do not do ranked on HOTS. My opinion is until in-game VOIP is implemented into ranked matches, I'm wasting my time solo-quing. Having a high tier ranked profile is a plus, but not necessary. I work full time, so I'd rather play with 4 other players in my free time than yell at my monitor for 2-5 hours straight.

As far as official requirements here they are
- NA only, EST zone preferred due to work schedules
- English speaking only
- Basic knowledge and solid skill
- Willing to commit a few hours a week
