Cho's Calloused Hide (1) wrong description, Frenzied Assault (16)

Currently, it is this.
While under 60% maximum Health, Cho receives 15% additional Movement Speed and healing received.

But it should be the following.
While under 60% maximum Health, Cho gains 15% increased Movement Speed and healing received.

Also, Cho's Ability page incorrectly shows Mal'Ganis' Frenzied Assault instead of Frenzied Fists (16).

Updated the description of Calloused Hide.

As for the ability page, Frenzied Fists is selected but not displaying. We are still looking into this issue. :(
