Shouldn't Cancel Boosters be listed after Boosters (Q), not before?

And wouldn't it be better for Torpedo Dash (Q) and Concussive Pulse (W) to be after all the baseline Basic Abilities? Or could they even only appear after being chosen as Talents?

Moreover, currently, if you choose the appropriate Talents, the aforementioned Abilities' hotkeys get changed to (2) and (3), respectively. I'd say, they should be deleted, and would be really great if the Talent-granted Abilities would get their hotkeys marked. (And even if that's impossible, it would still be enough, they already have cooldowns mentioned and look neat.)
