1. It should be the #2 Level 16 Talent (it's currently at #3, after Twin Spheres (16)).

2. It's a Living Bomb (W) Talent. Not a Flamestrike (Q) one. Weird, I know. So, it should go to the list of Living Bomb (W) Talents. Blizz have missed an historic opportunity to make a new Flamestrike tint...

The order is still incorrect. Ignite should be #2.
