4
Anub'arak His Q and W can't reach you after your 11 talent.
5
Genji He can use E to get to your position very fast. But you can just R and run
5
Tracer Tracer can get to your position fast with his Q, however, this usually means he have spend most of his Q which means he will loss his mobility for few seconds as a exchange, as long as you have teamate around you, from my humble experience, he usually won't take the risk of getting into enemy's heart position + no Q available
5
Samuro He can surprise you some time and usually take away half of your health, however, Samuro don't have CC, which mean you can literally run away from him
6
Illidan If you give away your position, he can R1 you but you can use your R to escape. In addition, he doesn't like Butcher can burst you down
7
Valeera She can silence you, which means you can't use your R.
7
Nova As Chromie have to stand still while casting Q, Chromie become a easy target to Nova's Q.
8
  No Threat
9
The Butcher Your R can get him away from his E but your R takes 3 seconds. He can burst you down if you R him too late.
10
Zeratul He can use viper blade (his level 1 talent) and E to hut you down even you use R to get him away.
10
Alarak Assuming he spot your position, his R + Q can instantly get to your position and silence you, which means you can't use your R, which mean you probably going to die.
10
Chromie Apart from you spend more brain power to outsmart enemy Chromie, Chromie have to stand still while casting Q. You become a easy target if enemy Chromie spots you casting Q. In quick match games

You can hit enemy but your enemy can't hit you Top

This is just my opinion but the range of Chromie's Q and W after talent 11 make her kind of unfair to your opponent. Basically, you can hit your enemy but your enemy can't hit you, not even close for most heros (even with abilities!!). What your enemy can do is catch you out of position. As long as you position yourself correctly, you will be safe and dealing large amount of damage.

You shouldn't be seen by enemy in the first place Top

After level 11 talent, your ability range becomes much further than your normal vision, and is further than your enemy's vision as well. Don't try to spot enemy with your own vision, use your teammate's vision. Your teammate can see enemy and this information is shared with you, however, the enemy can't see you (as you stay far behind, but you still can hit your enemy). This is where things go interesting. If your enemy see you, they will move around a lot, which make it difficult to land your abilities. Nonetheless, if they don't or can't see you, you can land your abilities a lot easier.

After level 11 talent, if you can see an enemy on your screen, you can hit him. Another thing I want to mention is always cast your ability at max range. this will ensure you stay far behind and enemy can't even reach you, even with their moving abilities in hand.

Tactics Top

I personally regard Chromie as sustain damage (see the "Talent Build" section below). This Chromie build is not for close engagement. Chromie is a poker. The more time given to her, the more damage she can do. If you are playing with this kind of Chromie, don't initiate team fight too early, just give chromie some time, give her your vision by spotting enemies. More time = More damage = weaker enemy = higher chance to win team fight.

Don't hesitate to hit enemy tanks with your Q, Chromie CAN poke some tank to death. Talent 2 also helps you to damage enemy tank (at the front) and backline (at the back) at the same time.

Talent build Top

level 2 Bronze Talons doesn't fit well with the mind set of "You shouldn't be seen by enemy in the first place", therefore, not a good choice.

level 5 talent and R work together.

I personally regard Chromie as sustain damage. Yes, she can do burst damage, however, overall, her Q is her main damage technique. Q have 2.5 second CD, I personally spam Q all the time, sustain damaging my opponent. This is why I choice shifting sand for 14 talent as it is more sustain damage oriented. Another talent at level 14 is Fast forward. I don't found this talent useful because it sometimes put Chromie into danger, as casting Q require you to stand at a location for some times. In real team fight, you need adjust your positioning all the time. You shouldn't cast Q if you are not in good position, which make the talent kind of meaningless in a fight that require lots of re-positioning.
