Tychus hasn't had the highest win-rate lately. Also, he's fairly cookie-cutter as far as builds are concerned. A quick look at hotslogs.com shows that almost everyone builds around his Overkill. So in this video I'm showing off a new build for this cigar-smoking outlaw!
