God of Chaos and Madness

A long range Specialist that helps his team by debuffing enemies and creating obstacles.

Combat Trait

Madness
C'thun's ability damage applies Madness to enemies which grants debuffs at certain stages. Previously reached stages apply. Madness decays 2 per second after no Madness has been increased for 3 seconds. Does not work on structures.

Summon a big tentacle anywhere you have vision. Tentacle deals 130 (+4% per level) damage and apply 1 Madness per second and has 460 (+4% per level) health. Lasts 6 seconds. Stores 2 charges.

Paralyzing Gaze

Mana: 7 per second
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Channel a beam that roots enemies for 1.2 second and deals 30 (+5% per level) damage every second. Applies 3 Madness per second. Can be channeled for up to 10 seconds. Taking damage or being stunned interrupts this channeling.

Faceless One

Cooldown: 7 seconds
Summon a Faceless One that attacks enemies, prioritizing heroes dealing 71 (+5% per level) damage per second. Evertime a Faceless One damages an enemy, apply 2 Madness. Lasts 9 seconds. Stores 3 charges.

Click anywhere you have vision to create a 200% larger Dark Portal and instantly travel there. Gain 50 armor and taunt all enemies for 2.5 seconds. The big Dark Portal and your armor disappears when you move to another one or after 10 seconds.

Eye Tentacles

Cooldown: 10 seconds
Summon an Eye Tentacle anywhere on the map. Eye Tentacles reveal the area and shoots enemies for 68 (+4% per level) damage and slowing by 20% for 3 seconds. Applies 1 Madness. Lasts 20 seconds.

C'Thun does not move like regular Heroes. Instead he travels between Dark Portals. He can still heartstone.

Cooldown: 20 seconds
Place a Dark Portal anywhere you have vision. Enemies in the Portal area gets 5 Madness per second and are slowed by 15%. Right clicking a Portal causes C'Thun to descend after 2.5 seconds and then appear at target Portal. This action has a 5 second cooldown. Portals lasts 40 seconds. Stores up to 2 charges.

Talents

Level 1:
-Tremble: Increase slow amount of Madness by 7%
-Haunting Spirit: Enemies that die while above 30 Madness have their respawn time increased by 20%
-Gateway: Increase radius of Dark Portal by 50%

Level 4:
-Focused Glare: Reduce the mana cost of Paralyzing Gaze by 3.
-Servants: Quest: When the Faceless Ones damages enemies it increases their lifetime by 0.4 seconds. Reward: After increasing the lifetime by 30 seconds, permanently increase the health and duration of the Faceless One by 25%
-Haunting Whisper: (See abilities)
-Portal Mastery: Reduce the time needed to descend to a Dark Portal by 0.75 seconds and decrease cooldown of traverse between Portals by 1 second.

Level 7:
-Shaken: Increase the root duration of Paralyzing Gaze by 2 seconds
-Chaos: Increase the amount of Madness applied by Faceless One by 1.
-Serve the God: When enemy heroes die near C'Thun, summon an untalented Faceless One at their death position that lasts until the enemy hero respawns or when it dies.
-Bone Filled: Increase the health of Crusher Tentacle by 50%

Level 10:
-God of Chaos
-Eye Tentacles

Level 13:
-It's all fun and game: Increase the range of Paralyzing Gaze by 40%
-Abyss: Increase slow amount by 10% and increase Madness applied by 2 to enemies inside Dark Portals.
-Isolation: Enemies that are silence by Madness also have their sight radius decreased.

Level 16:
-Lurk: Gain an additional charge and decrease the cooldown of Crusher Tentacle by 33% for each active Tentacle. Stacks up to 3 times.
-Coiling: Each Crusher Tentacle will stun the first enemy hit for 2 seconds.
-Burning Tentacle: Increase the duration of Crusher Tentacle by 3 seconds and it now deals 48 (+4% per level) damage per second around it.

Level 20:
-Untouchable: Increase the armor you recieve to 75 while using God of Chaos. Passive: Dark Portal deals 64 (+4% per level) damage to enemies in it.
-Scouting Sight: Increase the attack and sight range of Eye Tentacles by 50% and gain an additional charge.
-Consuming Madness: Increase the time before Madness starts decaying by 7 seconds.
-Void Walker: Reduce the cooldown of Dark Portal by 8 seconds and become unstoppable while travelling.
