Kharazim

Rework

Now Kharazim has always a Trait that can be switched outside of combat by pressing on D. But power of traits reduced by 30%.
Almost all new talents were taken from Diablo 3 and adapted for the Hots.
Heroic abilities didn't change.
P.S. Every 3rd Basic Attack activate Trait.

Combat Trait

Every 3rd Basic Attack heals the lowest nearby allied Hero for 70% of the damage dealt.

If your Trait was not active for 3 seconds, you can switch it unlimited times.
But not more often than once in 12 seconds after activation if you before switch Trait.

Every 3rd Basic Attack deals 77% bonus damage.

Cooldown: 50 seconds

Become Invulnerable and strike 7 times over 1.81 seconds. Each strike hits the highest Health nearby Hero for 7% of their maximum Health.

Spirit Ally *
(active)
Cooldown: 45 seconds
Place a Spirit Ally that heals allies in a large area around it for 2% of their maximum Health every second.
Has 316 (150 + 4% per level) Health and lasts 10 seconds. You can Radiant Dash to Spirit Allies.

Earth Ally *
(active)
Cooldown: 45 seconds
Place an Earth Ally that reduces Heroic Basic Attack damage nearby allied Heroes receive by 50%.
Has 843 (400 + 4% per level) Health and lasts 10 seconds. Kharazim can Radiant Dash to Earth Allies.

Air Ally *
(active)
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Charges: 2
Place an Air Ally that grants vision of a large area around it.
Has 158 (75 + 4% per level) Health, lasts 40 seconds, and stores up to 2 charges. Kharazim can Radiant Dash to Air Allies.

LEVEL 4

Blinding Speed * * Increases the maximum number of charges by 1.
?Quest: Hit enemy Hero by Radiant Dash 60 times.
?Reward: Decreases Radiant Dash's cooldown by 2 seconds.
?Quest: Hit enemy Hero by Radiant Dash 90 times.
?Reward: Increace rapid volley to 6 Basic Attacks.

Heavenly Zeal * * Increases Breath of Heaven's Movement Speed bonus from 10% to 20%.
?Quest: Heal Heroes 80 times with Breath of Heaven.
?Reward: After 2 seconds after applying the Breath of the Heavens again replenishes health in the amount of 50% of the basic healing.

Blazing Fists * * Every 3rd Basic Attack reduces the cooldown of Deadly Reach by 0.5 seconds.
?Quest: Hit enemy Hero 40 times by Deadly Reach.
?Reward: Deadly Reach each consecutive 3rd hit deal additional 50% of your Basic Attack Damage around the target for 2 enemies.

LEVEL 7

Cleansing Touch * * Radiant Dash removes Stuns, Silences and Roots from its target.
When a Stun, Silence or Root is removed this way, within 3 seconds Radiant Dash's cooldown and mana cost to be refunded.

Quicksilver * * Radiant Dashing to an ally gives you and the target 20% bonus Movement Speed for 3 seconds.

Sweeping Armada *
(active)
Range: 3
After Kharazim activates Trait 10 times (30 Basic Attacks), he may activate to Unleash a deadly roundhouse kick that dealing
100 (40 + 4% per level) damage and knock back enemies a short distance.

Fists of Fury * * Increases Deadly Reach's duration by 70%.

Level 13

Circle of Scorn * Breath of Heaven also to deal damage by 30% of healing for enemy hero.

Unity * Increase your Basic Attacks damage for 3 seconds after using Breath of Heaven by 7% for each ally.

Momentum * Using Radiant Dash at the maximum distance, it will deal 30% more damage.

Seize the Initiative * Dealing damage to enemies above 70% life increases your attack speed by 20%.

Level 16

Mantra of Salvation *
Range: 4
Passively grant 20% Reduce the duration of Stuns, Slows, and Roots to nearby allied Heroes.
You passively gain Reduce the duration of Stuns, Slows, and Roots by 10% for each nearby allies.

Mantra of Conviction*
(active)
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Range: 4
Activate to gain 10 Spell Armor for each nearby Enemy for 4 second, But not more than 70%.
Enemies affected by Mantra of Conviction deal 20% less Spell damage for 4 seconds.

Mantra of Retribution*
(active)
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Range: 4
Increases Basic Attack speed by 20% for you and your allies for 5 sec.
Passive: You gain Increase Basic Attack speed by 5% for each nearby allies, But not more than 20%.

Level 20

Peaceful Repose Divine Palm's cooldown is set to 5 seconds if the Hero does not die.

Transgression Seven-Sided Strike hits 4 additional times.

Inner Sanctuary *
(active)
Cooldown: 77 seconds
Range: 7
Create a runic circle of protection on the ground for 7 seconds that reduces all damage taken by 20% for all allies inside
and grants Shields equal to 3% of their maximum Health per second. Shields persist for 3 seconds after exiting.

Epiphany
(active)
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Activate to restore 33% of your maximum Mana and refill 2 charges of Radiant Dash.

Harmony * Reduce the cooldown of Trait by 7 seconds.

really interesting!
but maybe we still need some trait upgrade to choose from, so you can increase the effect of one trait according to team comp.
i think the mantras as they are don't really go well with the already existing allies- maybe make them a trait upgrade? rather than another active ability that grant armor etc... each one of the mantras will work with one of the traits, with some different functions.
but regardless i think Mantra of Salvation is not a good one, as the devs already pointed out that reducing cc duration is confusing.
i would rearrange the talent a bit, like replacing tier 1 and 2 to make the quests easier.
i really love your level 20 new talents! the hero specific storm shield is welcomed!
