Level 1
Fel Overload (Trait): When you reach max Fel Energy, you cast a Fel Explosion depleting all Fel Energy. Also, lowers your max Fel Energy by 50
Fel Shield (Trait): For every point of Fel Energy you gain, you gain 0.2% damage reduction. When you are hit, you lose 25 Fel Energy.

Level 4
Empowered Crystal: Empowers your Fel Crystal increasing vision and Fel Energy gained by 20%. in addition, your Fel Crystal's health is increased by 200%.
Decaying Drain: Slows the affected target of Drain Life by 20%.
Fel Heal (Active): Heals you over 5 seconds for 2(+0.5) health for each Fel Energy you have. 60 second cool down.
Envenom (Active): Activate to poison an enemy Hero, dealing 506.88 (+0.44 per level) damage over 10 seconds. 60 second cool down.

Level 7
Giant Killer: Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes deal bonus damage equal to 1.5% of the Hero's maximum Health.
Drain Hope: Increases the damage done by Drain Life by 50%, but decreases the healing done by 50%.
Drain Soul: Increases the healing done by Drain Life by 25%, but decreases the damage done by 25%.
Fel Shards: Allows you to have 2 Fel Crystals on the Battle Field.

Level 13
Forceful Explosion: Increases the radius of Fel Explosion by 50%
Concentrated Explosion: Increases the damage done by Fel Explosion to a single target by 50%. For each additional target hit, it's power is decreased by 25% up to 3 times.
Explosive Coating: Gain a shield for 10% of your maximum health for 3 seconds when you use Fel Explosion. If the shield is depleted before it wears off, it explodes again for 50% the normal damage.

Level 16
Mobile Drain: You are now able to move while channeling Drain Life, but only at 50% normal speed.
Fel Empowered Attack: Gain 5 Fel Energy everytime you basic attack.
Explosive Crystal: When you cast Fel Explosion, your Fel Crystal also cast one for 50% of the damage dealt.
Blood for Blood: Activate to deal 10% of target enemy Hero's Max Health and heal for twice that amount.

Level 20
Endless Hunger: Increases your attack speed by 50% while under My Hunger Knows No Bounds, and increases the duration by 4 seconds.
False God: Increases the passive max health gained from I Am A God to 75%. Increases the active invincibility by 1 seconds.
Crystal Loyalty: Your Fel Crystal(s) now follow you. 
Bolt of The Storm: Activate to teleport to a nearby location.
