Y'shaarj

Rage Unbound (Eight Heroes in One)

NOT COMPLETE CONCEPT, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SUGGEST ANYTHING.

Y'shaarj is Old God from Warcraft Universe, he is proposed to be the Strongest Old God that was ever on Azeroth, prior to his ,,death'' when Aman'thul destroyed him.

In Heroes of the Storm Y'Shaarj is ,,Abathur Type Hero''. Y'shaarj is immobile Hero that has huge hitbox and that can move only with his [Z]Dark Roots. He assists his allies or hurts his enemies with his global abilities.

On Level 1, Y'shaarj chooses his Trait Empowerment. There are 7 Options on Level 1, Each option representing one of the Heads, and each head representing one of the Shas.

Each Sha has different set of Abilities and each Sha is good for some situation or team comp, so choose carefully.

Y'shaarj is opposite of Ragnaros, while Ragnaros uses his Trait to Become Immobile and gain certain powers, Y'shaarj uses his to become Mobile (with his Sha Harbinger) and helps his allies in Team Fight, or push Lanes, Capture Mercs...

If Y'shaarj is not in his Sha Form then he is busy pushing lanes or passively assisting his allies.
Don't let yourself think that Y'shaarj is useless outside his Sha Form, he is very powerful outside of it as well.
His [Q] Is great ability for Buffing your Heroes when its time for Objective or Team Fight.
[W] is excellent for lane Pushing, and [E] Has several purposes.

Y'Shaarj has only One Heroic when he is not in his Sha Harbinger. It is automatically Unlocked when he reaches Level 10. Instead of Heroic Ability choice, on Level 10, Y'Shaarj picks ,,Normal'' Talents. It brings some really cool Sha/Tentacle/Eye Visual Effects to Ally Minions and Structures. This would give team that Y'Shaarj is in a feel of Black Empire ( Lorewise Old God Empire) and it would be pretty cool to see something like that IMO.

Passive

Y'shaarj cannot move but he is Unstoppable.
Y'shaarj chooses his Trait at Level 1.
According to his Trait, Sha Harbinger has Different Abilities and Powers.
There are 7 Traits to choose from.
Y'shaarj's Death Timer is Double Longer than Normal Heroes.


Active
Cooldown: 100 Seconds


Summon Sha Harbinger on Chosen Visible Location after 1 Second and Gain Control over it for its Duration. It Lasts for up to 25 Seconds. You can set its control to AI by Clicking [D] and you can Regain its control by pressing [D].

Mark an Allied Minion, Mercenary or Hero, increasing their Damage and Armor by 25% for 5 Seconds. Increase Damage, Armor and Duration by 50% to Non-Heroes. Cannot Stack.

Curse of Y'shaarj
Active
Cooldown: 15 Seconds per Charge
3 Charges


Corrupt an Enemy Minion, Mercenary or Hero, making them Take 50 ( +4% per Level) Damage every 1 Second for 5 Seconds. If Targeted Enemy Dies during the Effect of the Curse, they explode, Deal 100 ( +4% per Level) Damage to all nearby enemies and they spread [W]Curse of Y'Shaarj to them. Same Enemy cannot be affected with multiple applications at the same times of this Ability.

Sha Denizen
Active
Cooldown: 20 Seconds

Choose location on visible part of the map. Mark all Minions, Mercenaries and Heroes with Sha Corruption on that location for next 5 Seconds. After 5 Seconds Summon Sha Denizen on the center of chosen location that will have 500 ( +4% per Level) Health and that will Deal 50 ( +4% per Level) Damage with Basic Attacks to all nearby enemies. Sha Denizen's Damage and Health are increased by:



    5% for Every Minion that Died during Sha Corruption.

    10% for Every Mercenary that Died during Sha Corruption.

    20% for Every Hero that Died during Sha Corruption.



Sha Denizen lasts for 10 Seconds and if no enemies remain near him, he will join nearby lane. Generates Experience.

Secondary Abilities

Sha of Anger
[D]Growing Anger-
For every 1 Second that Sha of Anger is Active, gain +10% Damage up to +100% Damage.

Passive


[Q]Unleash Wrath-
Deal 80 ( +4% per Level) Damage in the wide arc infront of you.

Cooldown: 3 Seconds


[W]Seethe-
Deal 40 ( +4% per Level) Damage on nearby chosen location and make enemies hit loose 25% Armor for 5 Seconds Seconds.

Cooldown: 6 Seconds


[E]Endless Rage-
Deal 20 ( +4% per Level) Damage around you Every Second for 3 Seconds.

Cooldown: 9 Seconds


[R]Sustaining Rage-

Choose nearby Enemy, after 5 Seconds deal Damage to them equal to all Damage you took in last 5 Seconds.

Cooldown: 50 Seconds

Sha of Despair
[D]Unleashed Despair-
Your Basic Attacks increase your Duration by 0.5 Seconds.

Passive


[Q]Glooming Whirl-
Deal 50 ( +4% per Level) Damage around you and Knockback all nearby enemies.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds



[W]Emotional Drain-
Drain 10% HP from nearby Enemy Heroes and Increase your Duration by 1 Second for Every Hero hit.

Cooldown: 10 Seconds




[E]Depression-
Deal 80 ( +4% per Level) Damage to enemies in frontal cone and slow them by 50% Decaying over 5 Seconds.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds


[R]Call of Despair-
All Nearby Enemy Heroes take Damage equal to 5% their Health every 1 Second for next 5 Seconds.

Cooldown: 50 Seconds

Sha of Doubt
[D]Presence of Doubt-
Basic Attacks mark Enemy Heroes with Doubt for 2.5 Seconds. Enemies with Doubt have their Spell and Physical Damage reduced by 25%.

Passive


[Q]Touch of Nothingness-
Deal 40 ( +4% per Level) Damage to enemies in line and make them take 20 ( +4% per Level) Damage every 1 Second for 3 Seconds. And Mark them with Doubt.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds



[W]Wither Will-
Apply Doubt to all nearby enemy Heroes or Deal 150 ( +4% per Level) Damage to those who are already affected with it and reapply it to them.

Cooldown: 7 Seconds



[E]Bounds of Reality-
Phase out of Reality for 0.5 Seconds, becoming Invincible and Invisible for the duration while also having Movement Speed Increased by 100%. Reset Cooldowns of Tough of Nothingness and Wither Will upon the end of effect.

Cooldown: 10 Seconds


[R]Seed of Doubt-
Choose nearby Enemy Hero and Reduce their Damage and Healing Received by 50% for 5 Seconds.

Cooldown: 50 Seconds

Sha of Fear
[D]Thrash of Fear-
You Basic Attack 50% Faster and every 3rd Basic Attack Fears Enemy Hero for 0.5 Seconds.

Passive


[Q]Reaching Attack-
Deal 80 ( +4% per Level) Damage to all enemies around you. Deal Double Damage if they were Feared.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds


[W]Eerie Skull-
Throw a Skull that will Fear all enemies on its Path for 0.5 Seconds and Stun All Feared Enemies for 0.5 Seconds.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds


[E]Pull of Nightmares-
Deal 80 ( +4% per Level) Damage to all enemies infront of you and Knock them back. Pull Feared ones towards you instead.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds


[R]Ominous Cackle-
Fear all nearby Enemy Heroes for 1 Second.

Cooldown: 50 Seconds

[D]Strikes of Agony-
Your Basic Attacks Decrease Enemy Armor by 25% for 1 Second.

Passive


[Q]Hateful Slam-

Deal 90 ( +4% per Level) Damage in wide location nearby and make Enemeies on it loose 25% Armor for 1 Second.

Cooldown: 3 Seconds


[W]Uncontrolled Hatred-
Increase Attack and Movement Speed by 50% decaying over 5 Seconds.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds


[E]Hating Blow-
Deal 120 ( +4% per Level) Damage in frontal cone. Deal Double Damage to Enemies that attacked you in last 5 Seconds.

Cooldown: 10 Seconds



[R]Hatred Awoken-
Basic Attacks now also deal Damage to all nearby Enemies and they apply Armor Loss for next 5 Seconds.

Cooldown: 50 Seconds

Sha of Violence
[D]Sweeps of Arrogance-
Basic Attacks Reduce your Cooldowns by 0.5 Seconds.

Passive


[Q]Disorienting Smash-
Swing your both Arms infront of you. Deal 80 ( +4% per Level) Damage to all enemies Hit and replace their positions.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds


[W]Smoke Blades-
Create a Whirlwind on location that Deals 20 ( +4% per Level) Damage per Second for 5 Seconds on Location and slows enemies that pass trough it by 25%.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds


[E]Enrage-
Gain +50% Damage and Speed for next 5 Basic Attacks.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds


[R]Violent Behavior-
For next 5 Seconds, every Enemy Hero Basic Attack on you reduces your Cooldowns by 0.5 Seconds.

Cooldown: 50 Seconds

Sha of Pride
[D]Aura of Pride-
You and All nearby Ally Heroes have +25% Increased Healing and Movement Speed.

Passive


[Q]Swelling Pride-
Deal 100 ( +4% per Level) Damage to nearby Enemy and Heal all nearby Ally Heroes for damage dealt.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds


[W]March On-
Deal 50 ( +4% per Level) Damage to all nearby Enemies Every Second for 5 Seconds and Heal all Nearby Ally Heroes for 50% of the Damage Dealt each Second.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds



[E]Mark of Arrogance-
Mark chosen Enemy Hero and redirect 50% of Healing they receive to you for 5 Seconds.

Cooldown: 10 Seconds



[R]Unstoppable Pride-
Gain a Shield Equal to 100% your Current HP for 5 Seconds, all the Damage Shield has Absorbed for duration will be Healed to nearby allied Heroes.

Cooldown: 50 Seconds

Heroic Abilities

Active
Cooldown: 50 Seconds


Corrupt chosen Area on Map with Sha Corruption that will Corrupt Ground for 10 Seconds. All Enemies that Come over it are Affected with Curse of Y'shaarj and All Allies are affected with Mark of Y'shaarj as long as they are standing on it. This Ability is Automatically Unlocked on Level 10.

Special Mount

Cooldown: 30 Seconds


Emerge on chosen visible location after 1.5 Seconds, Deal 140 ( +4% per Level) Damage to all enemies near emerge point and Knockback them by 3 Meters. Cannot be used while in combat.

[E]Claws of Agony-
Increase Y'Shaarj's Basic Attack Damage by 50% and Make them Cleave.


[Passive]Evolving Corruption-
Quest: Mark Heroes with [Q]Mark of Y'Shaarj and [W]Curse of Y'Shaarj.
Reward: After 50 Heroes Marked, Reduce the [Q]Mark of Y'Shaarj and [W]Curse of Y'Shaarj by 5 Seconds.


[E]Swallowing Ground-
[E]Sha Corruption also Slows all enemies that are affected with it by 10% increasing to 50% over 5 Seconds.


[Z]Deep Roots-
Decrease [Z]Dark Root's Cooldown to 10 Seconds.

Level 7

[Passive]Into Abyss-
Every Hero Takedown Reduces [D]Sha Harbinger Cooldown by 20 Seconds.

[Q]Mark of Vampirism-
[Q]Mark of Y'Shaarj also gives 50% Lifesteal to its Target for the Duration of the Ability.

[W]Growing Sickness-
Quest: Every time an Enemy dies from [W]Curse of Y'Shaarj, it Increases its Damage by 0.1% If its Minion/Catapult, 0.5% If its Mercenary/Boss and by 1% If its Hero. Damage Increasement is Permanent.

[E]Eradicator-
Sha Denizen's Basic Attacks now Cleave and its Damage to non-Heroes is Increased by 100%.

Level 10

[Passive]Heart of Corruption-
All Allies Near Y'Shaarj gain +20% Movement Speed and Armor and all Enemies Near Y'shaarj have their Movement Speed and Armor Reduced by 10%.

[Passive]Black Empire-
Increase all Captured Friendly Mercenaries' Damage and Health by 25%. Additionally, Spawn One Sha Denizen that lasts forever for each lane.

[Passive]Deadly Wastes-
If Sha Harbinger is Activated on a Friendly or Destroyed Fort or Keep, they will instead become Fixated to that building. While Fixated their Duration, Health and Damage are Increased by 25%.

Level 13

[Q]Old God's Favor-
[Q]Mark of Y'Shaarj now grants Shield Equal to 15% Target's Full Health for 5 Seconds.

[E]Culling-
[E]Sha Denizen's Basic Attacks now Reduce your Cooldowns by 1 Second.


[Passive]Darkness Endurance-
Increase Duration of [D]Sha Harbinger and [E]Sha Denizen by 50%.

Level 16

[W]Decomposing-
[W]Curse of Y'Shaarj now Decreases Enemy's Healing Received and Armor by 20%.


[E]End Days-
[E]Sha Denizen's now Instantly Fall from the sky on chosen location and they now instead Gain Bonus Stats for every enemy hit.


[Z]Shadow Emerge-
Increase [Z]Dark Root's Damage by 150% and make it Stun Enemies hit for 1 Second.

Level 20

[Active]Sha Zone-
Create a Sha Nova Around you, no enemies can Leave it for 5 Seconds. Cooldown is 60 Seconds.


[Passive]Summoning Complete-
Y'Shaarj's Death Timer is now Instead Reduced by 50%.


[Passive]Master of Corruption-
[Q]Mark of Y'Shaarj's and [W]Curse of Y'Shaarj's Cooldowns now Refresh All Charges.

Such a great concept and its not even complete! Great job dude. I'd add some more 'backlash' mechanics: since Y'sharaaj has quite a strong map presence, having some more hindering mechanics would balance out things (not that this concept is OP, I think it's quite balanced, so this would be just a interesting mechanic to add to complexity and planning).

It's not what I want to see: it's just a suggestion, you be the judge if Y'shaaraj needs some negative feedback from his talents/abilities. I'm pretty sure you can come up with something interesting if you think it is needed. After all, you did make all of this!
