Psychic Plague Doctor

Zero was born abandoned in a facility. He had gained psychic powers and could see into the future by reading people's minds. He saw a catastrophic nuclear war caused by a terrorist. To kill him he created a virus to kill that person before humanity is extinct. Now he enters the Nexus to make sure nobody is a terrorist.

Cooldown: 20 seconds
Zero applies a disease to a nearby enemy. Only you can see who's infected. Disease spreads to other enemies and allies after 2 seconds.

Enemies infected by a disease are slowed by 20% and take 60 damage per second for 6 seconds. The same enemy can't be infected by the same disease. Disease can travel through allies. They are not damaged but slowed for half the amount.

(Range = 100% greater than Sylvana's)

Cooldown: 16 seconds
Remove 10% mana from an enemy hero and gain 10% mana for yourself. Grants 20% mana if target is infected.

Mutate Virus

Mana: 60
Cooldown: 35 seconds
Increase the duration of the disease on all currently and next infected enemies by 4 seconds. Additionally, targets are revealed for the duration of the disease infection.

This effect only applies to the current active disease.

For 10 seconds the same enemy can be infected again with the current disease and its spread range is increased by 200% and enemies recieve 50% less healing from all sources.

Cooldown: 90 seconds
Put one enemy in statis. They can now choose to infect one random ally with a 100% stronger disease that does not spread or to recieve 40% of their maximum health as damage. If no choice is made within 5 seconds, automatically infect an ally to the enemy.

40% slow
12 second duration

Talents

Level 1:
-Immune Resistance: Reduce damage taken from poison by 75%.
-Life or Death: Decrease the duration of roots and stuns on you by 33%.
-Nonary: Increase disease's damage against minions by 100%.

Level 4:
-Infection Spreads: Quest: Infect all enemy heroes at least once. Reward: Increase spread speed by 1 second.
-Rooting Poison: Rooted enemies take 200% more damage from your disease.
-Mana Hungry: Increase mana gained and stolen by an additional 10%.

Level 7:
-Bracelet Game: Activate to mark an enemy hero for 40 seconds. When they are infected by your disease, increase its damage by 50% and stun them for half of the duration. Then remove the mark from the enemy hero. Cooldown: 70 seconds
-Axelavir: Increase disease duration by 0.5% for every percent of maximum health an enemy have at the moment they are infected.
-Future Insight: Quest: Avoid 15 abilities using Psychic. Reward: Psychic now avoids all abilities for its duration but you only have one charge.

Level 10:
-Global Pandemic
-Decision Game

Level 13:
-Unstable: Mutate Virus also causes structures to spread virus but instantly.
-Corrupting: Mutate Virus also increases current disease's damage by 50%
-Pain of Doubt: Mutate Virus causes enemies to not get any mana from any source.

Level 16:
-Illusionist: Mind Trick stuns enemies for 0.5 seconds and creates a clone of you.
-Solitary Snail: One Snail will spawn in one lane. The Snail cannot attack but will survive many blows. Respawns after 10 seconds.
-50/50: If you die, you have a 50% chance of reducing the time to 10 seconds or 50% chance to infect an enemy hero with a disease.

Level 20:
-Toxic Air: Global Pandemic spreads disease 100% faster and further and slows by an additional 10%.
-Radical 6: An untalanted 100% stronger virus can now spread from an ally infected from Decision Game. If enemy choses self, they are poisoned for 100% of their maximum health over 12 seconds instead.
-Energy Overflow: Activate to teleport a short distance.
-Nexus Blades: Increase your basic attack damage by 20% and slow enemies hit by 10% for 2 seconds.
