Heroes of the Storm Forums

I'm fairly new and have only 12 heroes I believe, and I finally managed to save up for another top tier hero once again. I couldn't decide on who I wanted, and as a result.. I ended up buying Chen as a joke. I'm just hoping he gets some buffs soon so it isn't a complete waste of gold.

Anyway, for the next time I get 10k Gold, who should I buy?
I like to play Assassins, and Specialists.
I have : Jaina, Zeratul, Sonya, Diablo, ETC, Li Li, Malfurion, Raynor, Valla, Anubarak, Illidan, and Muradin. (Now Chen as well..)

As far as specialists go, my two favourites so far are Sylvanas and Nazeebo. Both are great pickups if you plan on doing HL, as they're both strong in this meta.

I would also consider KT if you plan on doing HL, as that's another very strong choice.

Aside from that, just hit Try on a few heroes and give them a spin, or wait for them to be included in a free week :).

Zagara is a lot of fun to play, for me anyway. You might like Murky, too.

I also will have your problem tomorrow :) It will probably be Nazeebo for me. Already played it on lvl 5 in the free week and liked him.
Murky would also be interesting. Although rather unpopular, it has good win rates as it seems.

A good thing to always do before you buy a hero is try them out on the free week. If not, you can always go to "Try-mode" and try yourself out against Arthas in lane. Try-mode atm is a bit ****, but getting a pretty big update with camps and more features in the next patch (Oct 06).
Your best buy will always be heroes that you know you actually enjoy.

You can also check here to see which heroes are good atm. Chen will be pretty OP next patch aswell, so you shouldn't regret buying him.

A hero everyone should have would obviously be Murky. Tons of play to fun, and without a doubt the most forgiving hero there is.

Some of my favorites are Tychus, Jaina and Kael'thas just because of how much you can dictate the game with'em/carry.

Im new as well and Nazeebo looks interesting. I did purchase Uther and I had to pick up Murky this morning. Murky is A LOT of fun.

Most of the specialists have a very unique play style, therefore I kinda like all of them :)
Who is the strongest? Hard to say. But some specialists like Sgt. Hammer or Gazlowe require your team to know how to play with them. Depending on your rank, your team might not be able to do that^^
