What's going to make him strong is having a kit that's powerful regardless of the tuning on his numbers; lots of area and crowd control effects. Last time we had a character who really shined just for their kit was Garrosh, so hopefully Deckard can be launched in a place where he doesn't get reworked to be useless.

I think he feels pretty fun. It REALLY love his area denial, especially lorenado. Can't wait to run around as an old man and hit Diablo with his staff.
