This is close to the build I use but I do take the hover if my team doesn't really have any CC, Mainly because you can stealth crawl and when you can move away from enemies to re-stealth after initial burst then you can crawl back unnoticed to do it again and finally since the enemy team is used to you being stationary most of the fight they get used to moving just outside your range so its a surprise when you nudge over and secure a kill on them before they realise what even happened aka 1 second to reposition instead of 4~
