the first 2 are safe builds, the second being the more durable and my recommended build. Though I might end up playing the first build more. The auto attack build has potential on dragonshire; due late game with micro battles and lots of camps.
Full slam: T5 Aftershock (temporary reduced slam cost) - ties together T3 follow through and is independent of typical T1 fury management picks.
Balanced: T5 spell shield - it is her best sustain power, and she does very well by ignore pain with some practice. There is more of a support structure to build around this tier as sustain. my heart says full slam, but my brain says balanced.
Full auto: aftershock again feeds into follow through, lack of T1 fury management, and now no escape. Movement speed is obviously the key to optioning aggression, in a melee auto attack build.
If you're giving up the spell shield for spear cooldown and pull; then your focus better be what you can do outside of a fight, and not what you can do in the midst of it. In other words, a clean get away and a more regular bank of fury. Otherwise the spell shield will give you more time to damage with slam, then the damage from an extra spear(+poison) will do.
so ... spell shield + shot of fury, or.. spear range + cooldown - (minus) shot of fury.
