Regeneration Master Top
If managed properly, this talent can easily bring your health regen to upwards of 30-40 per second. This allows Zeratul to have more map presence with less backing.
Focused Attack Top
This talent gives Zeratul even more gank and poke ability, as well as stacks nicely with future talents.
Follow Through Top
Follow through stacks with the damage bonus from Focused Attack, making a basic attack after an ability do 110% additional damage. This gives makes Zeratul that much more effective at his role.
Void Prison Top
Void Prison is the clear choice for a heroic. It provides Zeratul with even more escape ability in case he gets caught out and can be the thing that turns the tide in any team fight.
Worm Hole Top
Up until Worm Hole, blink should only be used as an escape after bursting with the dreaded W->Q->Auto Attack combo. Now, the combo can go E->W->Q->Auto Attack->E. This gives Zeratul a lot more opportunities in a team fight. Be wary of CC stopping you from blinking back, however.
Double Bombs Top
Double Bombs gives Zeratul another
Singularity Spike, which can slow an enemy enough to finish them off or to escape from them when things are getting hairy.
Nexus Blades OR Rewind Top
If you're relatively new to Zeratul or need extra damage, take nexus blades as it requires no additional skill from before and stacks with Follow Through and Focused Attack. If you have more experience with Zeratul and have a higher APM, take rewind. This allows you to get even more combos out with effectively 4 singularity spikes, 4 blink opportunities, and 2 cleaves on top of Focused Attack and Follow Through,
