He's currently one of the best supports in the game, and his damage is no joke either. Taking Prescience and Dimensional Warp together makes him insanely hard to kill, and Static Charge combined with your own attacks give him both AOE damage and direct attack damage with a safe escape if needed plus a shield.

Just because he's a support doesn't mean he's not deadly, he's even more dangerous because of it.

Now, about the character. Too much supportive-ish? Like, only one of his abilities is made to deal damage( Twilight Messiah.
