I'm surprised (and not at the same time) that there isn't any build close to the one I often use. Triple hungering arrow. I often get yelled at by other players looking at it until I start pulling of a bunch of kills with it. It doesn't have any life regen capacity so its a hard build to play, but people able to chain 3 hungering arrows are so rare, I often get free kills out of people simply not taking care at all. Note that I dont play at a competitive level mind you, but I do get a good success rate on quick matches.
Valla's as basic ADC as you can get
True, but as with most heroes she does have another build, which is burst damuge.
I'd say just about her only weakness as a ranged carry is the fact she's so basic, but she's still one of the most safe and solid picks for the role because of that.
