Does living bomb spread to structures when Chain Bomb goes off or is it only to enemies?

I really love the build. I did make a few small changes to it myself for late game scaling and a better team fight presence. At 13 I take Imposing Will because those debuffs can keep you safe and punish people who foolishly attack into it. Also I like taking Blood for Blood at 16 if I was given the chance to farm regeneration master well because I find I need more damage at that point vs survivability.
