1) That range is only active when Hunter's Precision is. Therefore, forcing Freja out of such positions is key to deny her improved damage, which also scales more slowly than Valla's passive overall. Valla can reach up to 80% more damage from an attack (up to 140% with the talent, tho might be 110% on average), while Freja might maybe get this to 50% with her lvl 1 talent on average. Granted, it does not need stacking unlike Valla, so maybe some tuning would suffice. If things would be broken...

I felt it would then make her too similar to Nova, while basically making Nova even more irrelevant than she is already. Take Aim is instantaneous, but also you do increase zoom to fire it, which is what I tried to replicate with the channel aspect. As for the 'standard' AA, it's just one projectile per attack, closer to Sylvanas and Valla.

I can see why, though I do aim to replicate the gameplay loop of an Overwatch hero into HotS as closely as I can. This means that at least to me, in order to faithfully translate her gameplay loop, her Aimed Arrow might need to resemble Hanzo's Storm Bow. Or like in my previous concepts from over 5 years ago, I might need to bend the game's rules a bit to achieve that goal for any particular hero. I might see what I can do to differentiate Freja from HotS Hanzo, though I suspect there isn't...

While it would cause a lot of spaghetti code, I prefer staying true to each Overwatch hero's identity from that game. If anything, I haven't exactly specified the ability's area of effect, so it may aswell be a flat rectangular, similarly to dva defense matrix.

I wasn't sure if that trait concept of switching between heal and damage would work well, because in Overwatch, she doesn't need to do something like that, making her gameplay more smooth. I think I did a decent job at making her gameplay quite smooth, tho it could still see some improvement. And yes, she could definitely get a better ult, but I ran out of ideas. I'll take your suggestion into consideration.

Pretty nice Valeera concept here! I like the Assassination rogue feeling you gave to it. Her kit is nice with nice engage, damage dealer that keeps your damage in check, decent chasing potential, and of course two differend Heroics: one for solo-killing, and the other for when your team has a wombo-combo.
