Hello Pulsator, Right now this patch is rough on Chen. In competitive scene for Chen he is never picked due to the nerf on his storm earth fire ultimate. The barrel ult is okay but what made him strong was diving into the enemy team and ulting right away. His ult now has a cast time which can be interrupted. As for Tyrael he is in a good spot so i will look into which guide i should work on next when i have time. Thanks for the comment :)

The damage is then doubled at 100% lvl 16 with the stun. so lvl 1 it will be 150% damage increase until 16 then it will be 200%. Great question :)

Haha sorry to have played against you but glad you really enjoyed it! Lately i have not been taking Mega smash because most of the time i need relentless, specially on Garden of Terror with the Seed giant polymorphs. As for the Hook range in custom game scrims i usually am forced to take the stun for my slam over the range increase on hook because the extra cc in a team fight will benefit more then getting a pick from far away. But for pub games i love watching the long range hooks fly out so...
