I realized this myself as I was reformatting the talents. I think he's a high-sustain melee assassin, all things considered. Instead of reworking him I'm going to redo his first heroic and relabel him as a melee assassin.

Pretty cool, the Authority vs. Cruelty system is cool, the play-between that the basic abilities have. Besides a slight grammar nitpick, my only criticism is that the size of the font makes it slightly hard on the eyes. Definitely a neat concept :D

Eh, I dunno, I don't think she needs a rework, but maybe that's just me. I just really enjoy popping Sacred Ground and then tanking the whole enemy team. But as for the actual rework, you don't think that 0.6s charging time is too short? Seraphim is going to virtually always active, she only has to wait 0.6s after using an ability to become unstoppable again, and Righteous Momentum will charge to 15% in 1.8s.

As always, a solid concept :D I think it's a good sign when it's a struggle to decide which talents I would take. I must say, however, I almost started laughing when I read: I can just picture that being the in-game text.

All right, I changed it to 15. Well, a melee minion has 990 HP, and 15 • 25 is 375, so it wouldn't kill them. A wizard minion has 495 HP, and a ranged has 660. And I didn't mean for all revealed targets to be affected--only ones who are so because of the ability itself, I'll clarify this in the text. That's a cool idea, I'll definitely make sure to add that!
