Blizzard has publicly stated they are no longer doing a key system, only direct email flagging via their backend tools. I do not believe they were really happy with the Hearthstone experience, and are not repeating it.

So, Matt and I totally fixed this. Why did it revert? Edit: double fixed this time. Will update live soon.

definitely leaning towards Nova, as she's a special Ghost assassin for the Dominion. Definitely leaning towards Arthas. There are only three sword representations in Heroes (Tyrael, Zeratul, Arthas) and neither Zeratul not Tyrael have anything to do with being frozen. Tyrael *could* be considered a godsend, since he was a fallen Angel, and Zeratul doesn't really 'save' those he slays, since they're mostly zerg. So yeah, going with Arthas.
