It can actually ruin your chances of being the carry you need to be, make you a useless squish, and lose you the entire game, just because you disconnected for 1 minute. Yeah, definitely agree it works well with Evasive Fire. I do a lot of team fighting where I can rely on my team, but in SoloQ, I'd be more tempted to consider the argument, Severage. Especially if linkblade91 is right about the range of Withering Fire (THANKS! I always forget about try mode...). Either way, you definitely should be playing AA conservatively. @Severage - The problem is that I really only see one real use for With the Wind: extending the range on Evasive Fire. Based on my testing, the default range is the same as your Auto Attack range (and further than the Cold Embrace range), and because Withering Fire does less damage than your Auto Attack does (especially with Remorseless), the extended range doesn't actually help you out much. Part of the reason is the simple fact that everybody chooses them (their popularity together covers 85%-9% of the games, depending on which league and ratings you're looking at), which means that most people who are familiar with Sylvanas choose them. Yeah, it's such a great talent that I definitely improvise and take it a lot of the time. It let's you dart in, toss Shadow Dagger and spam some Withering Fire, and then dart out--and it makes you a chase/flee master. But if your team is built so that you're well protected enough for Splinter Shot, the damage boost is nice. The key is adaptability, really--not sticking to a build just because. And if you find that you stay alive with Evasive Fire, go for it--a dead hero with Splinter Shot...

Thanks! I had put a lot of thought into the best way to play Sylvanas competitively, and eventually, I just realized the other guides weren't quite covering it. But let me know what you think once you get a chance to try it out. I'm always thinking about better strategies, alternative builds for other situations, and so forth!
