Nightmare Demon

A powerful Assassin that tricks and isolates enemies outside the battlefield to unleash his full power.

Trillions of years ago, Bill Cipher originated from the second dimension. Flat minds in a flat world with flat dreams. He liberated his dimension by plunging it into burning chaos, along with everyone he'd ever known, including his own parents. He eventually took over a boiling, shifting intergalactic foam between dimensions: a lawless, unstable crawlspace known as the Nightmare Realm. However, due to the Nightmare Realm's lawlessness and lack of any consistent physics or rules, it was fated to collapse into itself eventually. In search of a new home Bill found his way to the Nexus, in hopes of aquiring his Physical Form to enter the dimension and call it his own.

Combat Trait

Mindscape
Bill Cipher does not exsist in the physical world unless he has gained a Physical Form, so he stays in the Mindscape. Bill is unrevealable to the enemy team, moves 15% faster and he cannot deal or take damage in the Mindscape. Your basic abilities are altered if you are in the mindscape. Bill cannot capture objectives or be buffed by allies in the Mindscape. Bill Cipher can move through enemies in any of his forms.

Physical Form: Bill Cipher is no longer hidden and he can now deal and take damage. His health regeneration is increased by 100%.

Primary Abilities

Fire Blast
Physical Form
Cooldown: 4 seconds
Launch a beam in a straight line dealing 276 damage to all enemies.

Space Shift
Physical Form
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Move target enemy hero in target direction dealing 128 damage and then stunning them for 0.75 seconds. Can be selfcast to launch yourself 100% further witout taking damage or being stunned.

Deal
Physical Form
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Channel for 2 seconds, then possess an enemy hero affected by Haunt. Bill Cipher disappears and takes control of that enemy hero's physical body, allowing him to use their abilities and basic attacks against their own teammates but moving 15% slower. While an enemy is possessed, they cannot do anything and their body is protected from all damage. After 5 seconds the possessed hero returns to their physical body.

Mindscape
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Dash a short distance and slow all enemies hit by 30% for 3 seconds. Enemies hit are silenced for 1 second.

Maniac Laughter
Mindscape
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Cause nearby enemy heroes to deal 20% less damage and lose 10 armor for 4 seconds.

Haunt
Mindscape
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Reveal yourself to all enemy heroes within a target area and gain Physical Form to only the affected heroes for 10 seconds. While an enemy is being haunted, they control a copy of them that enters the Mindscape, their physical body is put asleep while gaining 50 armor and the enemy can only fight Bill and move within a radius of him during Haunt. Every instance of damage their physical body takes reduce the duration of Haunt by 3 seconds for them. When Haunt ends, the target returns to their physical body and takes 50% of their missing health in the Mindscape as damage. If the hero is killed before Haunt ends, they die.

Heroic Abilities

Nightmare Realm
Cooldown: 50 seconds
Bill Cipher ascends the whole battleground into the Nightmare Realm while gaining Physical Form. While in the Nightmare Realm, enemy heroes take 0.75% of their maximum health as damage every second, Bill moves 10% faster and deals 68 damage every second around him. Everytime a nearby allied or enemy hero dies, Bill restores 10% of his maximum health. Lasts 10 seconds.

This ability's duration is increased by 2 seconds but also its cooldown by 15 seconds for each hero that dies while Nightmare Realm is active.

Weirdmageddon
Cooldown: 120 seconds
Bill Cipher creates a giant rift after a 3 second channeling and causes various effects within the rift's range. Bill cannot move outside the rift's radius. Weirdmageddon lasts for 12 seconds.

Mercenary Camps: Are captured for your team.
Bill Cipher: Gains Physical Form, restores 4% maximum health every second and gains 20% bonus damage.
Objectives: Cannot be captured or channeled.
Ally Minions: Explodes upon death, dealing 103 damage to nearby enemies.
Ally Heroes: Can move through structures.
Enemy Minions: Melee and catapult minions are converted to fight for your team while in the rift's range.
Enemy Heroes: Movement speed slowed by 15%.

Special Mount

Triangle Symbolic
Cooldown: 70 seconds
Activate to summon a triangle at a target location. Bill Cipher can then select a triangle to teleport to it after a 2 second channeling, this action has a 50 second cooldown. If an enemy is at the location of the triangle when Bill teleports, they are affected by Haunt. This ability is disabled during Haunt.

Triangles lasts forever and up to two triangles can be active. Creating a new triangle destroys the oldest. While in Physical Form, Bill cannot affect heroes with Haunt.

Talents

Level 1:
-Reality Shred: Quest: Kill 6 enemy heroes affected by Haunt. Reward: Haunt's cooldown is reduced by 15 seconds if no affected enemy is killed during its effect.
-Conspiracy: Quest: Haunt 4 enemy heroes by teleporting to triangles. Reward: Reduce the cooldown of Triangle Symbolic by 20 seconds and increase the triangles' size and range by 50%.
-Roam Realm: Quest: Cause 8 Heroes to die while affected by the slow from Shiver. Reward: Shiver now grants 20% movement speed instead of dashing and it can be toggled. But its cooldown is increased by 6 seconds, you can not use any other ability while using Shiver and it can only affect a hero once per use.

Level 4:
-Destruction: Hitting enemy heroes with Fire Blast increases the damage of the next Fire Blast by 10% for each hero hit.
-Chaos: Space Shift gains an additional charge but its cooldown is increased by 2 seconds.
-Insanity: Haunt affects a 40% smaller radius but can be cast 30% further and lasts for 2 additional seconds.

Level 7:
-Nightmare: Haunt deals 65% of the enemy's missing health as damage when it ends.
-Dream: Enemy heroes deal 25% less damage during Haunt.
-Lucidity: Enemy heroes affected by Haunt recieve 75% less healing from all sources and loses 10 armor.
-Sleep Paralysis: Quest: Hit 8 enemy heroes with both Fire Blast and Space Shift within 1.5 seconds. Reward: When Haunt ends, enemy heroes are stunned for 1.5 seconds.

Level 10:
-Zodiac
-Weirdmageddon

Level 13:
-Time Is Dead: Maniac Laughter pauses the cooldown of enemy heroes' abilities for 4 seconds but its cooldown is increased by 2 seconds.
-Meaning Has No Meaning: Enemy heroes recieve 50% less armor during Maniac Laughter and its cooldown is reduced by 1 second for each enemy hero affected.
-Existance Is Upside-down: Enemy heroes affected by Maniac Laughter have their healing abilities deal damage instead of healing equal to 75% of the heal amount.

Level 16:
-Statis Grip: Space Shift pulls 25% further and stuns for 0.5 additional seconds.
-No Escape: Fire Blast's cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds if it doesn't hit any enemy and it shoots 30% further.
-Universal Transfer: Quest: Kill all enemy heroes at least once in the current game. Bill must have 0 deaths. Reward: Increase the duration of your heroic by 0.75 seconds everytime you basic attack.

Level 20:
-Henchmaniacs: Enemy heroes take 100% more damage from non-hero sources and Bill can instantly teleport with Triangle Symbolic during Nightmare Realm.
-Oddpocalypse: Weirdmageddon also causes enemy structures to only shoot at enemy heroes but 50% slower and Weirdmageddon affects a 30% larger radius.
-Trickster: If Haunt is used on a single enemy, reduce the cooldown of Haunt by 20 seconds and Deal by 10 seconds.
-Contract: The possession from Deal lasts for 1 additional second and its cooldown is reduced by 30 seconds.

Abilities inspiration

Deal:
Possess an enemy affected by Haunt, allowing you to control their hero and deal damage to their team.


Haunt:
Haunt heroes within a target area, causing them to be put in the Mindscape together with Bill, allowing both Bill and affected heroes to deal and take damage from each other. 50% of damage taken in the Mindscape is taken as damage in the physical world.


Nightmare Realm:
Gain physical form, deal damage to enemy heroes every second and move faster. Hero deaths increases duration and cooldown.


Weirdmageddon:
Cause a large area to be affected by a number of weird effects. Bill gains physical form, health regeneration and a damage boost.

Gameplay

Bill Cipher is a trickster and crazy nightmare demon. His abilities can be used to disable enemies and cause confusion.

In the early game, Bill should prioritize to punish solo laners by using Haunt on them to deal damage or possibly kill them if they have low health. If a teamfight happens he should use Maniac Laughter and Shiver to support his team if Haunt is on cooldown. Haunt should be used on healers to isolate them. Haunt should not be used on the entire enemy team because they will kill you or be woken up by your teammates. Deal is very useful during fights because you can deal a lot of damage to the enemy team while disabeling that hero.

Triangle Symbolic can be used to move across the map and to Haunt unexpecting enemies. This ability will be primarily used for mobility and to punish solo laners or maybe someone channeling an objective.

Bill's heroics can affect all enemy heroes at once. Nightmare Realm is more offensive and can grant more time in Physical Form, while Weirdmageddon offers a more disruptive heroic that makes Bill threatening.

Bill :Ahhhh.. As if shooting star wasn't annoying enough already, it seems that time baby also has an annoying twin sister!

I like your interpretation of Bill Cipher too. I'm glad you cited my concept when using some of my ideas for your own. It looks pretty interesting.
Also after reading through your voice lines, I thought that the Stan concept Spyro2002 made should have a special interaction with Bill.
