Widowmaker by Nima Nightmare

Venom Toxin (W):
Increase Venom Mine's area by 20% and its damage over time by 15%.
Quest: Lethal Mastery (Trait):
While Widow's Kiss is active, basic attacks increase your Attack damage during Widow's Kiss by 2. Can gain up to 50% bonus damage. The stacks are lost upon death.
Long Shot (E):
Increase Grappling Hook's range by 30%. When used on terrain, reduce its cooldown by 3 seconds.

Entangling Web (W):
Venom Mine deals 50% more damage to structures and disables them for the duration. If Venom Mine damages only heroes, its cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds.
Je Te Vois (Q):
If Snipe hits an enemy hero, reveals a medium area around them and deals an additional 6% damage per second to stealth heroes.
Poisoned Bullets (Trait):
Widow's Kiss basic attacks also deal damage over time based on 3% of the target's maximum health.

Quest: Oversting (W):
Poison 20 enemy heroes with Venom Mine.
Reward: After poisoning 20 enemy heroes with Venom Mine, gain an additional Venom Mine charge. You can also place 2 Venom Mines at time.
Spider Kick (E):
Upon reaching the target location using Grappling Hook, deal 250 damage to all non-structure enemies near the target area and slow them by 20% for 3 seconds.
Numbing Bullets (Q):
Hitting enemy heroes with Snipe grants 10% Spell Power. Can gain up to 30% Spell Power. The stacks are lost upon death.

Web Armor (E):
After using Grappling Hook, gain 25 Armor and 40% movement speed for 3 seconds.
No Remorse (W):
Increase Venom Mine's duration by 2 seconds and reduce the affected enemy heroes' Armor by 25.
Hardened Shots (Q):
Hitting enemy heroes with fully charged Snipe reduces their Armor by 20 and grants 35 Armor for yourself for 4 seconds.

Bad against:

Nova: Between the two snipers, Nova takes the advantage by flanking Widowmaker with stealth. Also Nova's Snipe doesn't need to be charged unlike Widowmaker's Snipe.
Stitches: No matter what Widowmaker does, Stitches can Hook Widowmaker which puts her in great danger if she cannot use Grappling Hook yet.
Hanzo: Hanzo's long attack range makes him a rival to Widowmaker. Also Hanzo's Storm Bow quite counters Snipe in many ways.

Others:
-Heroes with long range attacks counter Widowmaker.
-Heroes who can get close to Widowmaker easily.
-Heroes that flank.

Good against:

Nova: Despite being bad against her, Widowmaker is also quite strong against Nova. Venom Mine and Infra-Sight reveals Nova for a great duration. Also Widowmaker can escape and engage Nova with Grappling Hook since Nova has no mobility abilities.
Valeera: Venom Mine reveals. Also Snipe and Widow's Kiss are quite dangerous to Valeera.
Junkrat: Junkrat's range is quite shorter than Widowmaker's. Also Widowmaker can escape Rocket Ride quite easily.

Others:
-Stealth heroes.
-Heroes with predictable abilities.

Works well with:

Kerrigan: Black Widow and Ultralisk can attack enemies and putting them in double trouble. Also Impaling Blades can be a good assist for Snipe.
Jaina: Black Widow and Water Elemental can slow and attack enemies as twice as much. Also Ring Of Frost with Venom Mine are quite deadly.

Others:
-Heroic pets.
-Heroes with high disables such as roots and stuns.

Playing as Widowmaker:

While playing as Widowmaker, keep your distance from enemies as much as possible since you have a high range. Venom Mine placement is very important, so use it precisely. Widow's Kiss is not a good option for waveclear. So deactivate it if no enemy hero is around.

Playing against Widowmaker:

When playing against Widowmaker, try to keep her close to yourself as much as possible. Watch out for Venom Mines. Despite their low damage, they can still reveal you. Try to force Widowmaker to use Grappling Hook and then catch her pretty easily.
