Like I said before the new HOTS hero of the storm should definitely be Gelbin Mekkatorque cause he is a gnome. It is time the gnomes were remembered by their TRUE POWER! Gnomes RULE!

I'd like to see a non-diablo 3 diablo character (despite the diablo presented being more reminiscent of D2 than D3) such as a Necromancer, Baal, Duriel, etc.

Conversely, I'd love to see one of the Dragon Aspects from World of Warcraft, although I feel they'd be too large to do well, so I'd settle for some Varian Wrynn action.
