Diablo is an allround character whit a insanely high health output and with this build you can do a hell of damage to heroes and also some good siege damage if you want to focus more on hero damage you could pick Life Leech on level 13 and Hellstorm on level 20 you dont need any more survivability because you should easely survive a gank
