The idea behind this build when its fully fleshed out is constantly gaining shields through offensive aggression. Not an exaggeration when I say this but if done right this build makes Artanis extremely hard to kill. But I will make it known that there is for sure one ver hard counter to this build. If you come across a team that can stun you til your face turns blue, Artanis has no openings to get his shields to begin with. You need to be attacking in order for this to work. So in other words if you are locked down in one spot not attacking, you can be killed fairly easily.

Notes:

1) Adds a block for hero basic attacks every time you engage with double strike.
4) Cuts the CD of your Q ability in half when below 50% health. Payoff comes at level 7.
7) Every time you land a hit with your Q (2 per use), you shave off 4 seconds off of your trait.
10) FOCUS THE LASER.
13) Adds the spell shield to your trait but for 4 seconds. Which can be huge.
16) Essentially doubles your shield. The effect decays over 3 seconds but you never notice it 2bh.
20) Improves the AA reduction on your trait from 4 seconds to 6. Good luck beating this.
