Build: Arthas Frostmourne Hungers [WIP]

I have tried this build out a few times, if you test it and have something to add or say to this build please do so in the comments. This build is meant to engage an enemy at 1/2 health and then use your frostmourne hungers to kill them.

Some notes:
-Level 20, 10, and 13 can be changed to personal preference, but those are the traits i recommend, for level 13 biting cold is equally s good, but you really want to use the your stun to get your frostmourne hungers to hit.
