Ok so i wont explain everything but just try this out for yourself, with gluttony and first aid and march of sin, blackpool to make that march hurt even more, imposing presence to make you more tanky by lowering their attack speed on you by 50% while your healing and then the 2nd level of black pool heroic ability that slows their movement speed so you can march of sin their butts to death.

As far as not having all the siege capabilities, I think staying alive and killing heroes is a better alternative than bursting siege damage and ending up dieing.

I think this is a very very very good build for Azmodan for all around effectiveness!
