Level 1
Block-Not recommended, there are other talents here that are better then this
Greater CLeave- Situational, since you can cleave wider it can be used to cleave multiple opponents at the back line even wave clearing. (only get this skill if you plan on babysit a lane, still unsure of your team play-style or enemies that are good at running.
Rapid Displacement- Not recommended, there are other talents here that are better then this
Regeneration Master- Not that great since your an assassin you dont really initiate and you should rarely get hit anyways
Seasoned Marksman- Situational, with this skill you should roam to areas that are being pushed a lot, go in go out then go to a different lane to kill. Its a all in sorta talent since you have to be close to lane a lot, But remember to be patience since you don't want to let your enemy know that your here.
Level 4
Master Warp-blade- Situational, though this skill isn't really recommended, its still is a pretty fun skill when dueling 1v1 especially if you take Berserk at level 16. I would only reccomend this skill if you plan on 1v1 a lot and the enemy has low or no cc and no bursty champs.
vampiric Strike- Not recommended, there are other talents here that are better then this
Gathering Power- Situational, this is a High risk High reward talent, Since if you die you lose all your stacks.
Sustained Anomaly- Situational, this is a very safe pick compared to Gathering Power and Master Warp-Blade since you can use this as a defensive move as well as a chase.
Vorpal Blade- Not recommend, there are other talents here that are better then this
Level 7
Follow Through- Not recommend, there are other talents here that are better then this
Void Slash- Situational, goes well if you just plan on blink, cleave, Singularity Spike.
Shadow Spike- Not recommend, I personally have not tried this but it may work with some other players.
First Aid- Situational, if you have taken gathering Power and scared you might die, then this would be a good pick to make sure you have something to keep you alive, but usually a good medic in your team should be able to keep you alive.
Searing Attacks-Situational, though this skill isn't really recommended, since its based on your auto attack it makes a good combo with berserk at level 16 and master warp-blade at level 4. It is mainly good with this build and not great with the others.
Level 10
Shadow strike- Not recommend, there are other talents here that are better then this
Void Prison- Recommended, it is a game changer move, However if you fail your void prison your team will pay!
Level 13
Giant Killer- Not recommend, there are other talents here that are better then this
Burning rage- Not recommend, there are other talents here that are better then this
Wormhole- Very standard pick for zeratul players.
Assassin's Blade- Situational, good if your going yolo build very standard with others since you want wormhole to run away.
Spell Shield- Not recommend, there are other talents here that are better then this
Level 16
Rending Cleave- Situational, if your a beginner i would recommend this talent since cleave is easy to land and the damage over time would make the enemy panic
Double Bombs- this is a very standard talent for zeratul, but i would only recommend this skill if you can skill shot.
Stoneskin- Not recommend, there are other talents here that are better then this
Berserk- good with the Yolo build not that great with other builds.
Level 20
Nerazim fury- Not recommend, there are other talents here that are better then this
Protective prison- Not recommend, since void prison can sometimes save your allies in certain situation
Nexus blade- a good pick if you can always kill your opponent in 1 burst
Rewind- Only get this skill if enemy hardcore chase you or if you cant kill your enemies in 1 burst
Over all zeratul is played very sneaky and goes will with allies that are not afraid to go in before you.
