Now you might have seen people go this build. You might be asking, why no <Mobius Loop>?
Answer: Dragon's Eye is stronger when used properly. And instead of getting reduced cool down to use Dragon's Breath, you need to be spamming Sand Blast instead.
Therefore while you are waiting for Dragon's Breath you should be using Sand Blast.
I am convinced the Sand Blast talents are useless and that this build is the best way to go.
The only two talents that matter for Sand Blast are <Level 16> and <Level 20>.

Going <Deep Breathing>, <Enveloping Assault>, and <Dragon's Eye> is very important to me as a player. All of these talents are very important to me as a player. I wouldn't change a thing. Enjoy!
