Tier 1 - Souls Feast removed (moved to Tier 3)
Tier 2 - Fire Devil removed (moved to Tier 5)
Tier 3 - Soul Steal removed
Tier 5 - Firestorm removed
Tier 6 - Rampage removed. Presence is still there thou.
