The only optional talent here is at 13 depending on who you are fighting you may want to consider picking up Relentless instead against a team with a lot of hard CC. If you find yourself getting stunned, rooted, snared or any form of CC too often in the match then by level 13 you should have a pretty good idea if it feels necessary to pick this.
