I might not be anyone that plays this game professionally or any MOBA, I just like to play and I tend to get about above average rank on most of my games I play. I really love Sonya and shes probably my favorite hero in the game. Sonya is a hero that can be the carry as well as tank with a little bit of help from a healer. She can be a really good hero for controlling objectives as in the big zoning control she can make with the whirlwind. Also she's a god in catching out carries. She excels in soloing and assassinating carries while surviving the fight in a whole. Also if you want to play some games I'm down for it. Battlenet: Naos #1927
Early game Top
Sonya can do a surprising amount of damage if she can catch someone and they don't have an escape, but she can't really sustain the damage as well. So be careful if you try to cheese someone level 1. Just to try to hit your mid game power spike with ultimate ability.
Mid game Top
This is where Sonya will shine and wreck kids. Getting wrath will increase everything about Sonya that will push her to piece the heavens. The ultimate will allow you to kill the carries and the targets you need that you couldn't before. Also, having wrath will allow you catch out people before teamfights happen and will cause their team to blow cooldowns on that person or you will kill them and win the fight with a majority. Having a healer like Lili or Rehgar will allow you to go in and get out. Or having another tank will help with not dying when you dive their backline by getting singled out.
Late game Top
The last couple of talents allow you to stay in the fights longer and allow you to deal the most damage you can to the enemy team. When its level 20, you can start hanging around the jungle area before fights start to catch a late carry or flank the enemy team. If you play it right, you can completely demolish a team with whirlwind.
