At Level 7 you can get either Caltrops or Searing Attacks. At level 16 you can get Stoneskin, Blood for Blood or Tumble for more survivability. At level 20 you can get either Bolt of the Storm for either more Survivability, Storm of Vengeance if you've been landing your ults or Nexas frenzy for more sustainable damage.
