Introduction Top

This build is purely for the lols. There is little to be offered from this build unless you have a very strong team with a lot of CC, or the map has a LOT of minions to be spawned. This is most definitely not meant for competitive play, but for quickmatch and vs AI, you have been warned.

Pros and Cons Top

Pros:

- Mana is consistently high allowing for consecutive snipes.
- Low cooldown on Snipe allows for consecutive casts.
- Explosive Round and Railgun offer guaranteed hits on Heroes getting your refund on mana.
- A lot of fun (imo).

Cons:

- Novas well known burst damage is virtually gone, this build relies on sustained damage and positioning to ensure maximum targets are hit by every single snipe round.
- You are very immobile, although you no longer have to circle around crowds of minions to land that perfect shot on a hero, you are required to snipe constantly to get the best bang for your buck resulting in you being an easy target

Talents Top

Level 1: Psi-Op Rangefinder

Keeping with the idea of constant snipes, Rangefinder offers a 2 second reduction on Snipes Cool down, an obvious choice for the idea of this build.

Level 4: Perfect Shot

Considering you will be using Snipe a lot, the refund of mana is nice, obviously not required, but nonetheless its the best option here, Gathering Power is also an option but again, the mana return is crucial for this build.

Level 7: Explosive Round

This talent is very important for the sake of getting hits on heroes. Minions getting in the way are less of a nuisance

Level 10: Triple Tap

Your Heroic, in all honesty, is up to your preference. I choose Triple tap because it keeps with the theme of this build once you reach level 20. We are aiming to be casting our skills as often as possible, and the Fast Reload talent at level 20 offers a lot more fun than Precision Strike.

Level 13: Lethal Decoy

This is a burn talent, there are no good talents in this level for this build, if you want sustain (as there is very little in this build) than take Advanced Cloaking. The lethal decoy will be guaranteed snipe hits at level 16 though.

Level 16: Railgun

The final piece of the puzzle. Now every enemy hit will reduce your snipe cool down by 1 second, every single one. Minions, walls, heroes, towers doesn't matter. With waves offering at least 3 targets lined up you are going to be reducing your snipe cool down to a minimum 5 seconds, and when minions start clumping up against a wall with a hero in the back, that's 5 second reduction (Ideally). Resulting in a 3 second cool down.

This talent in the late game, with many heroes bunching up in a lane will let you shoot consecutively if they stand over minions, I tried this out and on the first game I was letting snipe loose with the cool down being only 1 second, that's like Sonya hitting you with seismic slam from a mile away. Its hilarious

Level 20: Fast Reload

You can pick whatever you like at this level, Rewind is pretty useless with your already absurdly low cool down. Bolt of the storm is a viable option, but Fast Reload keep in the theme of this build.
