True Strafe can be interrupted however if you know how to play Valla then you will force enemy stuns before using Strafe, both skills provide different benefits in different situations.

Strafe is a better ult to get, a lot more reliable, really good for mowing down thous squishy assassins behind there tanks trying to keep there space, just go vault past the tanks and strafe to get thous squishy down.
