Skills
Q- Snipe
Snipe cost 65 mana and the cooldowns is 10 seconds it deal 188-800 (154 + 34 per level) damage to the first enemy hit.
W- Pinning Shot
Pinning Shot cost 65 mana and the cooldowns is 12 seconds it deal 60-240 (50 + 10 per level) damage to an enemy and slow it by 30% for 2.25 seconds.
E- Holo Decoy
Holo Decoy cost 50 mana and the cooldowns is 15 seconds it create a Decoy for 5 seconds that appears to attack enemies.
R- Triple Tap
Triple Tap cost 100 mana and the cooldowns is 100 seconds it locks in on the target Hero, then fires 3 shots that hit the first Hero or Structure they come in contact with for 443-740 (113 + 33 per level) damage each.
R- Precision Strike
Triple Tap cost 100 mana and the cooldowns is 60 seconds. After a short delay, deals 1370-2000 (670 + 70 per level) damage to enemies within target area. Unlimited range.
Talents Variation Top
Tier 1:
Ambush Snipe
Increases Snipe's damage by 20% when used from cloak or within one second of being cloaked.
Tazer Rounds
Increases the duration of Pinning Shot's slow to 4 seconds.
Tier 2:
Gathering Power
Passively grants 8% Ability Power. Each Hero takedown grants a bonus 2% Ability Power, up to 12%. This bonus Ability Power is lost upon death.
Tier 3:
One in the Chamber
After using an ability, your next Basic Attack deals 50% additional damage.
Explosive Round
Snipe also deals 50% damage to enemies near the impact.
Tier 4:
Triple Tap
Locks in on the target Hero, then fires 3 shots that strike the first Hero or Structure they come in contact with for 80 damage each.
Precision Strike
After a 3 second delay, deals 600 damage in a medium radius. Unlimited range.
Tier 5:
Advanced Cloaking (Trait)
While Cloaked, move 25% faster and you heal for 2% of your maximum health per second.
Spell Shield
Upon taking Ability Damage, reduce all Ability Damage taken by 50% for 2 seconds. Can only trigger once every 30 seconds.
Tier 6:
Crippling Shot
Enemies hit by Pinning shot become Vulnerable, taking 25% increased damage for the duration of the slow.
Tier 7:
Fast Reload
Triple Tap's cooldown is reset if it kills an enemy Hero.
Precision Barrage
Precision Strike now holds two charges with a short cooldown.

Triple Tap
Pros
Triple Tap is much stronger.
Every time you kill a hero the cooldown fall to zero if you take Fast Reload at tier 7.
It can be cast far far away from your target.
Cons
When casting you cant move.
Triple Tap is a single target talent.
Triple Tap can be block by the structures and by the others ennemies.
Precision Strike
Pros
Can be cast everywhere on the map.
You can move at same time of casting.
Precision Strike is an AOE (Area of Effect).
You can use it with a little cooldown if you take Precision Barrage at tier 7.
Cons
Not a great amount of damage.
Take three second for casting so enemies can flee easily.
Why I Prefer Triple Tap
It does a great amount of damage and can be cast from far far away of your target. As an assassin you want to concentrate on one target only and it does a great amount of damage so for me, Precision Strike is useless cause it do a less, less amount of damage cause is an aoe (Area of Effect).
Useless Talent (my opinion) Top
Anti-Armor Shells
Since you're playing the assassin of the group , you want to take out your enemy as soon as possible so an AA ( auto -attack ) that take 3 seconds put you in a disadvantage so that's why i don't recommend it.
Envenom
To use Envenom you need to be closer to the enemy and that's not what we are looking for. What you want is the ( Gathering ) power ! Gathering power is a passive so for those who easily forgot to use active skill it will come handy.
