Valla in the current meta is a relatively squishy burst asassin, with her abilities such as Hungering Arrow and Multishot to kill even tanky opponents. By the time you are level 13, you will be able to utilize to heal off of minions or mercs. The ability of and its bonus attack speed is the whole key to utilizing this build. Also, with 2 charges of Vault and the Repeating Arrow , the burst in late game will be substational enough to take away tons of health from your opponents.
