Blizz has ruined nova but at least they did a quick buff here's how I like to play her now

Just like before you will want to build ability power but now you will be building snipe damage.

Most of her talents do not follow a build but some are required (Snipe master, Psionic Efficiency, and Perfect shot)

Nova can now poke much more effectively and mana is not longer a concern past level 13.
