In World of Warcraft, Abercrombie the Embalmer created Stitches as a "gift" for Lord Ello Ebonlocke, the mayor of Darkshire sending the abomination out to terrorize the town.

Hi guys,

This is my first review ever, and I thought I would share the way I play stitches as a heavy, unstoppable tank.

1)As my first tier talent, I always choose. Now the key for to that built is farming the mages in the minion swarm which are attacking. Mages drop a health regeneration globe 100% of the time. So keep farming them the whole game as your HP can regenerate even when fighting. each 3 globes add a +4/sec

2)My Choice of second tier is theObviously as all healing from all sources is increased. Think of the extra healing you will get from the globe you are already farming, from the well, and lastly from your E ability Devour.

3)Again a very useful passive trait you receive with my choice of 3rd tier.will permanently give you extra HP each time you use Devour on an enemy Hero. Combined withthat ability saved me from death numerous times.

4) As heroic ability, although I have seen the majority of people usingrather than, my choice lands on. I will explain why.
First off, as a tank, once farmed enough Health globes and used devour on some heroes, sometime in the middle of the fight when all hell starts to break loose, you will need to charge up front as a damage sucker for your team mates.let's you make a hasty retreat when in danger (you or your team members) as it will slow the enemy heroes by 35% and giving you a haste speed of 20%. IN the last tier, combined withyou WILL be immortal. You will reach a point in end game where the damage of 2 heroes focusing on you will be less then the regeneration and healing effects you are getting. You WILL see people retreat as they realize they cannot kill you :) and that is the main reason I LOVE stitches and the build I'm sharing

5 - 6)andare my choices for tier 5 and 6. Obviously a lot of people see stitches as a threat and start attacking him or team focusing him. My choices will help greatly, as reducing your CCs time to be able to use your abilities to heal up IS THE MOST IMPORTANT thing.

7)is my last choice for tier 7. as mentioned above, You will be an unstoppable force in the NEXUS and moved your reign of terror from Darkshire to the HotS universe
