1 is almost always Vigor (globe quest).
4, 7, 16 always take Q talents. Q at 4 lowers the energy cost, 7 makes it travel less distance but the extra damage is insane and Valeera turns ON with that talent. 16 makes Valeera a kill machine, you can one shot some heroes by going invisible > W or E > Q (> W) > E.
Cloaking Shadows is so busted at Level 10. 75 spell armor and unstoppable for 1.5 seconds on a sub 20 second cooldown? Why would you ever go Smoke Bomb?
13 I go Blind almost every time but vs. teams with only spell damage Strangle is way better.
20 I always go Enveloping Shadows, but if you're really into super deep chasing Elusiveness is strong. I just prefer having 2 cleanses + spell armor bursts rather than 1.
