I named the build name CC build because the Rain of Vengeance helps you to control enemy team. You must stun at least 3 enemy hero with your ulti. To do that, your position must be really good otherwise you will get killed quickly. After using ultimate, activate Searin Attacks and start attacking. You can use your first and second spells after the Rain of Vengeance ends. Use Blood for Blood only on tanks because you can renew your %25-35 health with it and also it makes tanks weaker. GL HF.
