Goal of this build is to use ancient spear as the initiator and WW/SS (WW if there are alot of targets and or you are trying to leach hp back. SS for some burst damage for single targets.) The dot you get for AS will help boost the your dps along with the CD reduction on AS. SS even without traits in it does good burst damage. Usual rotation is pop Wrath Ancient Spear in again depending on the amount of targets I will either WW or SS. You should be able to maintain Wrath for the whole duration of the fight.
