Pick Icebound Fortitude over Immortal Coil at 7 if the enemy team has a lot of cc.

The 20 pick can vary depending on the composition of the enemy team; take Anti-magic Shell against mages and Death's Advance if they have a lot of slows.

Bruiser
The whole point of this build is to stay in melee range of a hero and let the attack speed ramp up with your 4 and heal with your 7. You can pick Sindra at 10 but I like the extra survivability from Army. At 20 I usually pick Death's Advance purely for memes.
