Arthas: Icy Talons Build

This build revolves around boosting Arthas' AA through frostmourne hungers talents, icy talons for the attack speed buff, and rune tap for self sustain. Feel free to pick rime and ghouls if you feel you need more self sustain.

Level 1

If you want more damage and mana, definitely pick up eternal hunger. Although frost presence is a great pick for other builds, the only other viable option for this build at this tier is rime for added survivability.

Level 4

Icy talons is your only choice for this build, as the added AA speed is essential in team fights, and complements rune tap very nicely.

Level 7

As already mentioned, pick up rune tap for the solid AA heals.

Level 10

Feel free to choose whatever best suits your comp, although I would suggest sindragosa for this build. It will help you stick to opponents and assist your team in doing so as well.

Level 13

This tier is between shattered armor for single target damage, or biting cold for a stacking aoe. Don't be fooled by frost strike, the other two talents perform much better.

Level 16

After finishing the eternal hunger quest, picking up frostmourne feeds allows you to deal a significant amount of damage along with regenerating a solid amount of mana during fights.

Level 20

If you want to chase opponents down, pick up death's advance. If you need survivability and chose ghouls, legion of northrend makes your ult much stronger. Otherwise, anti-magic shell is a solid pick against casters and ability heavy comps.
